• All fees are expressed in USD (United States Dollars).

• Commissions under or equal to $12 USD must be paid in full (100% upfront) before work begins.

• Commissions over $12 USD may be paid in two installments: 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal and/or AirTM.

• Work will not begin or continue until payment is confirmed.

• Initial Sketch: Once the commission is accepted, an initial sketch will be sent.

• Revisions: Up to 3 major changes are allowed during the initial sketch stage.

• Additional Fees: Requests for major changes after the lineart or coloring stage is reached will incur an additional fee.

• Adjustments: Minor adjustments may be accepted (Lineart or colors) if they were missed by me.

• Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will be communicated before starting (usually 7 to 14 days) and may vary depending on complexity.

• Delays caused by late responses or missing references from the client may extend the delivery time.

Final Delivery: One high-resolution PNG file. Please note that dimensions may vary depending on the piece, reaching up to 18MP (max. 5000 x 3000 px). Original editable files (PSD, CLIP) are not provided.

• PayPal Fees: Please note that PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable and will not be covered by the artist in any refund scenario.

• Early Cancellation: If the client cancels the commission before or during the initial sketch stage, a partial refund may be considered (25% to 50%).

• Late Cancellation: If the commission has passed the initial sketch stage or is significantly advanced, no refunds will be issued.

• Artist Cancellation: If I cancel the commission due to personal reasons or force majeure, a full refund will be issued.

• Expiration: If the client does not respond or provide the necessary information within 30 days, the commission will be considered abandoned and canceled without a refund.

• I retain the copyright to the artwork; the client retains rights to their character.

• The client may use the artwork for personal use only, such as social media, profile avatars, or personal prints.

• Proper credit to the artist is required when the artwork is posted or shared publicly.

• The artwork may not be resold, altered, redrawn, traced, copied, or claimed as the client’s or anyone else’s work.

• Using my artwork, including lineart, poses, or unique elements, to create derivative works or YCH-style projects is strictly prohibited without my permission.

• Commercial use must be discussed and purchased separately.

• My signature or watermark must not be removed, altered, or obscured.

• The artwork may not be used for AI training, generation, img2img, or any artificial intelligence-related purposes; violating this will result in a permanent ban from future commissions and being blocked on social media.
